  Deceptive practices, promise to call back and don't do it. Bought a used truck and was assured by the salesman that there were no additional fees. Finance guy rushed us through, then when we got home saw a $200 'Document' fee. Paper specifically states that it is not a mandatory fee, but can be charged to process a lien, do credit check. We didn't even finance, we paid cash! The accountant couldn't explain what else it was for since we didn't finance, all she could say was they charge everybody that. So, basically, they charge you $200 for the privilege of buying a vehicle from them!! If these people ran Kroger, you'd have to pay an additional $10 just for the privilege of buying your groceries there. Crooks!
